pt_small.jpg O meu nome é Ricardo mas há quem me chame Chaves. Ferreiro, fura-penicos, marreta ou engenhocas, são ou foram algumas das alcunhas. Também sou conhecido, por milhares de pessoas, como CU2JU. Posso ter mais mas não me lembro ou desconheço!

Nasci em 74, em Vila do Porto e fui criado no Aeroporto, onde os EUA, em 1944, construíram a sua 1391ª base da Força Aérea. Em 94 saí de Santa Maria com destino ao RL2 em Lisboa e três meses mais tarde vim para São Miguel para cumprir o restante serviço militar.

Em 95 conheci a minha mulher, em 2001 tivemos um filho e actualmente vivo em São Miguel. Embora parte de mim sinta saudades de Santa Maria, outra parte apaixonou-se pelo Nordeste, donde a minha mulher é natural.

I was born in 74, in Vila do Porto and raised in the Aeroporto, a place where back in 1944, the USA built it’s 1391st Air Force base. In 94 I left Santa Maria and went to the RL2 in Lisbon (Militair Police recruit) and three months later I came to São Miguel to finish the army time.

In 95 I met my wife, in 2001 we had a boy and today I live in São Miguel. Although part of me misses Santa Maria, the other part felled in love with Nordeste where my wife is from.
